ONE SZ BAY PENTHOUSE

One Shenzhen Bay is a vibrant, mixed-use development that integrates with the fabric of Houhai, reflecting the district’s natural beauty and favorable climate through a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. Architecture designed by American studio KPF, the complex includes six high-end residential towers, one office tower, and a 338-meter central tower comprising offices, serviced apartments and a Raffles hotel.

In collaboration with New York based Interior design firm Yabu Pushelberg, Yes Decor was engaged in the delivery of the 2 luxury penthouses located in Tower No.1. George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg imagined local archetypes to inform the look and feel of the suites: one older, more traditional, the other younger and globally informed. Boldy blending the traditional with the modern, the space is rich in layers and texture with a luxurious material pallette. Bespoke artworks in Modern Chinese style using traditional techniques futher adds to the overall look and feel.
